A certified public accountant from the U.K. (Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in The U.K.) he trained and qualified with the International Accounting and Consulting firm, Ernst & Young. He has been a Business Owner for over 25 years. He was Managing Partner of an Accounting and Consulting Firm and specialized in providing management and business support services to small and medium sized business owners and self employed professionals from a wide and varied industry sector. He immigrated to the U.S.A. with his family in late 1999.

As a small business owner himself, Manhar has always valued and respected business owners and the self employed. He understands the trials and tribulations that small and medium sized business owners and self employed professionals go through. He has in depth knowledge and experience and expertise including but not limited to Accounting; Tax; Business Systems; Financial Statements and Financial Reports; Financial Reviews; Operational and Management Systems and Controls; Business Start Ups; Business Development; Strategic Planning; Exit Strategy Planning; Corporate Finance and Restructuring; Special Project Consulting; Taxation and Tax Planning; Acquisitions, Mergers and Disposal of Businesses;

Over the last 25 plus years, Manhar has helped 100's of small business owners achieve their business objectives. He truly understands their frustrations concerns and obstacles but, more importantly, he understands and explains potential solutions.
